Adding additional time

Is there a way to extend a deadline a) before it has passed b) after it has passed

    Hey there, from what Mark and I understand, you’re referring to file requests, is that right?
     
    If so, then changing the deadline before it expires is possible by:
    • Signing into your account via the website. 
    • Locating the file request folder. 
    • Clicking on the ellipsis(…).
    • Selecting Edit.
    • Changing the deadline extension set. 
    If the deadline ends and/or the file request closes, you can:
    • Go back to your file request tab via the website. 
    • Select the Closed requests section.
    • Locate the folder in question. 
    • Click on the ellipsis (…).
    • Select Reopen.
