Have you taken a look at this article with more info on conflicted copies and how to avoid them, to see if you can find a useful workaround?

Thank you very much for your answer.
Yes, I have read through your linked tips again.
The one tip about moving the files first, then editing them, and then moving them back, I've even tried in the past. But in practice, this is not a solution, due to the amount of data and for time reasons, this plan is unfortunately not reasonably implementable.
Currently, Dropbox does not offer me any viable solutions. The best solution would actually be a program setting that ignores file conflicts and only accepts the latest version as a valid version (this has even been suggested by other users).
I hope for a solution soon.
