If you try to open the file using our website, are you able to do so?

It's with all excel file and only seems to happen on the app on my phone. When I use my PC it's fine

Would you mind clarifying your device's OS, along with the version of the Dropbox app that you have installed there Redhotpaddy?
Also, what is your Dropbox subscription at the moment?

Hey Redhotpaddy, can you try -if you haven't already- uninstall and then re-install Office 365 to check if that makes any difference?
