Multiple signers, and how to close the document after it's been signed.

Hello,

I have two questions.

  1. I have documents that require two of four possible signatures. Is there a way to make it so that after two of the signatures have been completed, the document will close as completed?
  2. If that is not an option, I can add all four signers and then manually end the request once I receive notice that two have signed. However, I noticed the only option is to delete the request, which deletes it from the system. Is there a way to cancel the request without deleting the whole thing, or is the only option to download the PDF and then delete the request?

Thank you,

Cindy

Hey cindylee1, thanks for posting here today!

In regards to your first request, I'm afraid that this isn't an option at the moment.

As for the second option, you need to download the PDF and then delete the request.

Your comments on this have been quite helpful, and I will do everything I can to ensure that your voice is heard. I'll forward your feedback to the appropriate areas so we can continue to improve.

    Thanks a bunch!
