Moving files out of Dropbox now defaults to the 'copy' function.
Hi
Any news about this? (There's a thread with the exact same name on this forum, but I can neither answer there anymore, nor post the link here - go figure)
I [removed] despise this change. Is there still nothing we can do, e.g. in registry?
Thank you

As indicated in the other thread, this change in behavior was implemented by Microsoft, not Dropbox, and is now the default when dragging out of a root sync folder in Windows 11. If you want this behavior to change, I would suggest posting on Microsoft's forum.

Ok, thanks Rich. I thought maybe another disgruntled Dropbox user found a solution, but of course I can ask at Microsoft. Happy holidays.
