You need to log on with your old email account and password. As long as you used it within the last 12 months everything should be there 🙂

It has been years since I accessed it, I never realized I needed to regularly visit it, and dealing with a support robot is no help getting them restored.

Have you tried logging in with the email address that was associated with the account?
Is it allowing you or is it prompting you to create a new account under that address?

Hi Oletimer, can you please have a look at your events page and let me know what you find? This is the place where all uploads, edits, and deletions are normally logged so it should give you a hint.
