You need to log on with your old email account and password. As long as you used it within the last 12 months everything should be there 🙂

Have you tried logging in with the email address that was associated with the account?
Is it allowing you or is it prompting you to create a new account under that address?
- Oletimer10 months agoExplorer | Level 3I can, and there is a smattering of recent stuff that I had no idea how it got there, but no genealogy files from yrs back.
