How to delete names from Shared list

I would like to delete some of the names on my shared list.

  • Thanks for getting back to me on this, hughie

    1. Sign in.
    2. Click your avatar (profile picture) that’s on the top right corner of your screen.
    3. Click Settings.
    4. Scroll to Preferences.
    5. Locate Manually added contacts.
    6. Click Clear.
There are several types of contacts that won’t be deleted by this action though, and you can find more info about this here

Hope this helped clarify a bit more!

That only deletes a name from a shared file or folder. I want to delete the name entirely from the list of people. I shared a file with a friend and he was able to see all the names in my share list. Most are old names and no longer need to be there. So when I hover over share and get a list of names I want to delete those names no longer valid.
