Files have been added to Dropbox folders, but those folders are empty on my desktop and web.
Files have been added to Dropbox folders, but now those folders are empty on both my desktop and in the web browser. They do not show up in Deleted files either. I need help!

What does your Events page show?

It shows files being deleted by an old user who no longer participates in this group. I called her and she says she hasn't done anything in my Dropbox group for over a year. I believe her.

Dropbox.com/events shows files being continuously deleted. I have unlinked every computer but the deletions continue. Is there a way to stop all activity on my Dropbox account?

No, there's no such function. Recover one of the deleted files and then look at its version history. It will show where the deletion occurred.

It shows that the deletion happened 3 minutes before I recovered it by a user who hasn't touched this Dropbox account in over a year.
