- 7 years agoHey Osman, sorry to hear about your account suspension. If you're a team member and your account has been suspended, you should receive an email letting you know. If you try to sign in or create a new account, you'll also see a message saying that your account is suspended. If you need access to your account, you'll need to speak with your admin. Can't sign in to view your admins? Try contacting your company's help desk, IT department, or management team for help. You may review this resource for all the relevant details on what happens to your content once your team admin suspends you, though your best bet at the moment would be to reach out to them directly should you need further assistance or you urgently need to access your files.Hopefully my advice points you towards the right direction & I’m always here in case you need further assistance in any way. Thanks for posting us your question on our Community & I hope this gets resolved soon for you!

That's not quite true.
When you have a personal account, you own all of your files, and all of your files are safe and secure and you can access them at anytime. In the event of a PC crash, your files are on Dropbox, and if you can't access Dropbox, you have a copy of your files on your PC.
The issue you're experiencing comes from the fact that you no longer had a personal account. You were invited by your company to join their team account. In doing so, you merged your account into the team. From that point on, your account was now owned by the company and you no longer had a personal account. Your account, as you knew it, no longer existed. It now belonged to the company. When the team admin suspended the account, it completely removes your access to the account because you no longer own it.
As Jane mentioned, you need to speak with the team admin for the account. They may, at their discretion, be able to have your account restored to it's previous status (personal account with no link to the team).
