Deleted files from shared folder
Hi, I have a problem. I share a folder in my Dropbox with 2 other people and now all of the files in that folder a gone Is there any chance to get them back? The files are nowhere to be found

No, I'm afraid not.
Every person in the share has the same rights to it - i.e. they can add/edit/delete things.
The only possibility is if they have kept a copy elsewhere. What does sometimes happen is that a person moves the files out of Dropbox share to a different directory which deletes from the share, but, they still have them.

What does your Events page show for that folder? Are you the owner of the folder? If not, ask the owner of the folder if they're able to recover the files, either from Deleted Files or the Events page.
- NL736 months agoExplorer | Level 4I'm the owner. I can see on the events page that they were deleted but I can't recover them. The deleted files are completely empty

How long ago were they deleted NL73 ? If you are a free user you can only recover for 30 days.
