Can't view or delete my Dropbox Backup
I can't seem to delete my back up. I can't even see the files backed up. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hi Myinate, thanks for messaging the Community.
Are you able to see the backup on the site, and click on it to see the files within it?
What happens when you attempt to follow these steps to delete the backup?
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

Hi there Goda-- - sorry to hear about this.
Can you please let us know what's reported in your plan tab in regards to your quota, and if you're able to see any files taking up space in your homepage or the backups page?

Hey Goda--, I'd like to jump in here too!
You should be able to view your Backups, by visiting this page online as Walter suggested.
You mentioned that you can't see anything there. Would you mind sending us a screenshot of your page, and what it reports?
If you wish to delete our Backup feature, you should be able to do so by following these steps.
