Hi Garryx, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Just for clarification, are there no backups visible on this page on your account?
This will help me to assist further!

What is My PC (Akai) ?- Nancy2 years agoDropbox Staff
Hi from me as well, Garryx!
The “PC” folder that you mention should contain your backed up folders.
Is it possible that “Akai” was the name of your previous device that had been backed up?
- Garryx2 years agoExplorer | Level 3Yes, it is a device that no longer exists. Supposedly I can log in to drop box, select that device, and log it out. Problem is it is not in my list of devices, cannot log it out, cannot delete the backup.
Dropbox solution is to pay them to report their bug.

After I click OK button, the what is that returns
Below is a screenshot from dropBox, using the link you named 'this page' where you say there are no backups.
I believe you, it is not a backup, call it whatever you like, I would like to know how to delete it.

Hey marcelltab - sorry to hear about this.
Can you clarify if you're getting any particular error when trying to delete your backup from the backups page?
