All of my files have been deleted, can I recover them?

Unfortunately if you havent responded to the emails saying the data would be deleted then its almost certain you cannot recover it - especially one so long ago. Usually once its deleted its immediately unrecoverable. 

You will need to speak to Support to see if there is anyway to do this: www.dropbox.com/support.
