all my documents are locked. I can look but not edit. How to unlock them?

    Hi Sophie_Dolphin, I’m sorry to hear about this issue.

     

    Do you mean that you recently installed the latest Dropbox update for macOS and your local Dropbox folder has now been moved under Locations instead of Favorites in your Finder perhaps? 

     

    When saying that you’re now able to see your documents on Dropbox, but not edit them, are you referring to your computer’s Documents folder or to other files that were previously saved on your Dropbox account? Any relevant screenshots you can provide would also be super helpful.
