What is www.dropbox.com/events showing?
When you say you have plus have you checked what it says if you credit card look up? https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge

Events link is showing that I just signed up for Dropbox (which is when the issue started).
The Billing link shows that the account is linked to the same email address. It also shows I've been paying for Plus up until 3/1, at which point I was refunded the monthly amount which is when the issue started. So strange...- Megan3 months agoDropbox Staff
Hey treytyler, thanks for posting here!
If your events page shows that you signed up for Dropbox when you first noticed this behavior, then it's most likely a new account.
As for the files, when was the last time you saw your content in your account online?
Do you have another email address that you can use, in order to check for any Dropbox-related emails there?
