Added Dropbox account but lost files

Hi,   Panic. When leaving my old company I started a Personal account where I moved over folders I wanted to save. It was everything form sound files to old working files (3d as Photoshop etc). B...

Hi Designchapel 

When you dragged and dropped did you give it time to do the sync? i.e. to download everything (if it was cloud stored only) and then reupload it? 

 

What is www.dropbox.com/events showing on both accounts?

Hi Mark!

 

On my Business dropbox, it was all synced, all green. I dragged that folder over to my Personal folder. So in my Business folder, it is all empty, and in my Personal folder, I have all folders structure but no files 😕

    Hey Designchapel - sorry to jump in here, but you haven't mentioned what is your events page showing in regards to your missing files.

     

    Could you have a look and let us know what you find?

      Hej Walter!

      Sorry late respond! I have checked out the Event Page now. I can not find the folders I am looking for but can see stuff like "You deleted 50098 files" so I am going through this pages as we speak! 🙂
