Word file looks weird in Dropbox

ASAP help please: My word file (with tabels and figures) looks weird and out of order when I upload it in dropbox...what can I do about it?

    Is this occurring when viewing files on the Dropbox site, on the Office Online page (when editing from the site), or after you download the file to your computer?
