Uploading folders from MS Teams to Dropbox

I'm having trouble figuring out how to upload folders from MS Teams to Dropbox. Can someone help me.

    You will need to download the files locally (i.e. save on your desktop as an example) and then upload to Dropbox.

     

    There isn't an automated tool for this.
