Unable to download 30gb MP4 from dropbox to MacBook

Have other MP4s that download, however upload from android phone to dropbox this AM that are completed and showing in dropbox are NOT downloading. Immediately stops and unable to reload.

Are you trying to download this file using our website?

 

For larger files like this, we would actually recommend using the Dropbox desktop app.

 

The desktop app will sync your Dropbox files locally to a Dropbox folder on your computer.
