Several team members can't download files from the site, why?
Several of our team members are not able to download files today. And FYI, the chat in English would not start either.
Has anyone find a work around for the download issue? Thanks

Could you let us know in more detail what you're experiencing at this time?
Are the files being downloaded directly from the Dropbox site? Are they instead being synced to your machines via the Dropbox desktop application?
Regarding the chat support, could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?
Any other info or screenshots (without personal info) would be helpful!

The first 2 clicks nothing happens and then on the third we get

Do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?
Like with the chat support, could you try switching browsers to see if this helps or try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running?

Turning the VPN off seems to have done the trick. However, this has never been an issue before. Could it be fixed?
