Mobile pages are not user-friendly for seniors.

I am unable to contact Dropbox customer service, so I am expressing my opinion here. Today, I was helping my mother share a 600MB audio file with her friends, trying to achieve a similar experience between Android and iOS using Dropbox. However, many elderly users rarely use services like Dropbox, and today I encountered some issues:

  1. Cookie Consent
    The annoying cookie consent UI, although required by international regulations, could be placed at the top of the window or as a small pop-up. It shouldn't interfere with user operations, as it disrupts the overall workflow.

  2. App Version or Browser UI
    Both the app version and the browser version cover the entire page with prompts, similar to many other services, offering no innovation. Couldn't a bubble notification be used to remind users that using the mobile app would provide a better experience, without blocking the entire screen?
