It doesn't download videos from Dropbox to my device.
- The Dropbox app uses the viewers that are built-in to your device's operating system. In other words, your device needs to be capable of playing them. If it can't, then Dropbox can't. You'll need to find an application that is capable of playing the files, and then use it to open them.
- RichSuper User IIYou need to provide more information before anyone will be able to help you. What device type? How are you downloading the video? What error message are you getting? etc.
We can't help unless we know what you're trying to do and what is happening in the process.- garciamonceExplorer | Level 3Well, I press to play the video in my Dropbox app. It says "can't play video. I download it to my Samsung s6 device, it says file not supported. It happens only on few videos. The oldest ones.

There's no download button anywhere for the video someone sent me! What??? Why is Google Drive just SOOOOO much more intuitive than Dropbox?
