I need to download my files, and close my account
I want to download and close this account. Dropbox is a scam!
I need my pictures and files!!!

my issue is that i cannot download my own data to my computer without paying. You have my data hostage. please let me know how to download every file and close the account.

Hi luisma78, you don't need a paid account in order to download your data, since you can always access your files from here.
If you have the Dropbox desktop application running, the files would sync to your machine normally, thus downloading them.
