I get an error when downloading from a shared link.
Hello
I used to be able to download from web links emailed to me. But recently I cannot. The download will not start. It starts to cycle like the download is beginning then an Error screen pops up....

Hi Nancy - I have tried on another computer and it works fine. Seems it may be my laptop issue. I have downloaded no problems previously on my laptop. But in the last few weeks it seems I cannot download anything via Dropbox link. Hum??

To clarify, did you try downloading the shared link via another browser/incognito mode on the laptop and it still doesn’t work?

I tried using a different browser and it worked. I used Google Chrome. Previously I had been using Microsoft Edge.
