Hey kvournas, You can use the Selective sync feature to select only the folders you want to sync locally. Click the Dropbox icon in your Mac menubar > click the gear icon > choose preferences.
Next go to Sync tab, and click Folders to sync.
Uncheck the folders that you do not want to sync.
