How can I merge and extract compressed files in Dropbox?

I converted a large file into small pieces in compressed rar format and uploaded it. Now how do I combine and extract them in Dropbox?

Thank you.

Hey yazdanparast, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community.

Have you tried the steps in this article

Also, if you're using the Dropbox desktop app, you should have a local Dropbox folder on your computer, which includes all your Dropbox files.

This works just like any other folder on your computer, so you can unzip your files from there using any unzipping program you usually use on your computer.

I hope this helps, but let me know if you need any clarifications.

    Hello. Thank you.
Isn't it possible to combine compressed files in Dropbox itself?

There are certain file types that can be unzipped in Dropbox, by following the steps in the article I linked in my previous reply, yazdanparast.

Can you try them and let me know if it works for you?
