File not found
When I try to download my photos it comes up with “File not found” It does this on my iPhone and desktop, I’ve re-installed the app a couple of times, I’ve upgraded my account. Any help would be gr...

I feel your pain. Here's what I had to do in order to download photos to my Macbook Pro:
- Select files to download
- Click "Share Link"
- When Pop-up is displayed, press "Copy Link"
- Give Dropbox a few seconds while it generates a link.
- At the bottom of the screen you will see another pop-up that says "Preview Link" - press when available.
- Your files should all appear on screen. Then in the upper righthand of the screen select Download > Direct download

Hello Walter, thanks for your help.
I get the same message from the web browser or the app. Here are a couple of screenshots. I've highlighted the pictures, clicked the 3 dots then download and I get the File not found message.
