Just to be certain, the Dropbox mobile app is installed on your device, correct?
In the iOS Files app, could you tap Locations and see if Dropbox is enabled there?

Hi Kali4672, welcome to our Community!
You mentioned that you try to attach files from your Dropbox account. Can you clarify the steps you're following, and where do you try to attach these files?
Feel free to let me know the version of the OS that you use on your end, along with the version of the Dropbox app that you have installed.
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

Hi Megan,
I use IOS 16 and the Dropbox is the basic one.
I use gmail and then from there ask to attach a file, however the Dropbox does come up fir me to add the file in that way.
I was able to do this on my old iPhone 6 without any issue..

Hi Kali4672, do you see the Dropbox path appearing in the Files app on your device? I’m assuming that you have installed our mobile app?
Also, do you use the official Gmail app on iOS, or the default iOS Mail app?

I can’t see the files app and don’t know where to find it.
I have the gmail app.
Kind regrads

Hi Kali4672, the Gmail app on your device could use the iOS Files app to locate and attach files.
You can find the Files app using these steps, according to the Apple site.
