Dropbox is blocked because of too many downloads. What do we do?
Our dropbox is blocked because of to many downloads at the same time.
How do we reset our site?

Hi Carola3, let's jump right into this!
When you say that Dropbox is blocked, can you let me know if you see any error messages when trying to access your account online?
Is it possible that you're referring to your sharing ability and the links you created are temporarily disabled? If you check your Dropbox-linked email address, are you able to find any communication or email about this there?
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

Dear Megan, The only message I see is that links are blocked. No further error massages ..
I still see the images in file but the page is still blocked. I understood that it should be released after 24 hrs when this happened for the first time.
Any idea how to solve this problem?
Kind regards
Carola

Hi Carola3, I can see that our previous ticket was closed due to inactivity.
Could you try to respond back, in order for a new ticket to be created, please?

I've got the same issue, exactly the same message. This is so frustrating! I don't care whether it's a temporary block or not, when I've paid for a podcast and get sent the links I expect to be able to download as many episodes as I want WHEN I want! Absolutely no excuse for this, it's just poor service. I'm going to speak to the podcast owner about using a more appropriate platform.

Hey Laura Lubie, sorry to hear about this.
So, just to make sure we're on the same page, do you get this error when trying to access a shared link to download some files someone else shared with you - is that correct?
