Downloading entire webinar from Dropbox

Hello, we created a webinar and are having trouble downloading the whole thing from Dropbox. The recorded webinar was 1 hr and 20 minutes long, but dropbox will only allow those who are being sent the link to only download 30 minutes of it. How do you allow for someone to download the entire hour and 20 minute video?

They are not downloading it - they are viewing it as a preview on the website. As a free user those previews are limited to 20 mins. If they want to see the whole thing they need to physically click on the download icon on screen.

However, note, that you only get a 20gb allowance of bandwidth a day - which includes all of the streams people make. So, once you hit that the link will stop working for at least 24 hours

So I am sharing the link to the webinar from my Dropbox account where the video is saved. Why is someone who was watching the webinar when it was being recorded not able to download the entire video? IS that really a gbs issue?

They can download it - they need to click the download link. Dropbox's website will create an auto preview of videos for people to watch but you can override that.

You can also amend the link to force a download if you'd like: https://help.dropbox.com/share/force-download
