A screen shot won't help since The video starts in slowmo while the sound is played at normal speed. The file is 163 MB large. I have this issue with all files I try to download. The clips are often still or in slowmo, then sped up or just slowmo in the beginning and then they jump through single pictures of the clip just as if it's trying to keep up with the audio.

I was referring a codec pack you can install on most media players to enhance the file types they support amik
Also, just to clarify, you can preview the files normally on our website, right?
- amik3 years agoExplorer | Level 3I didn't install anything like that, but since every player has that issue I guess it's not that?
Yes. However as soon as it downloads as "offline viewable" it won't work either. If I clear the cache of Dropbox the clip plays fine. It's connected to downloading it on any device 😕- Lanalullbular2 months agoNew member | Level 1
I have a solution! Basically go to files right click on your keypad then u should see a tab of options. Click the one that says “open with” click the option that says photos as it takes you there save the video on files you can also trim it so it’s easier and the once you save it, it lets you change the format for example if the file is in mp4 it lets you change the file to any supported file. So that you are able to see the download video. This happens because the video may not be supported in what ever app or program you’re trying to use to open it. Or In some cases, a choppy or laggy video could be caused by an error that occurred during the download process. For example, part of your MP4 movie or 4K film file might not have been downloaded correctly or could be corrupt. Re-downloading the videos might be a simple way to fix choppy videos on your device.
