Convert dropbox to youtube

Hello, I am not computer genius at all.  Someone video an event and send a dropbox.  I tried to download, error.   How to convert to youtube?   [link removed by moderator]

HI ExpoMichigan, there isn't a service here that would allow you to convert it directly to YouTube as of yet, nor a place to pay for someone to do so.

 

You'd need to upload it to your YouTube account directly from their site.
