Can I transfer files keeping date and time stamps in tact from one account to another?

Hi Scott L.20, you can put the files in a folder -if they're not in one already- and then share the folder from account A to account B.
Once you do that, you can go into your old account, and pass the ownership of the folder to the new account. And that should be it.

That's correct. I mean last modified date. It doesn't matter when they are viewed because they are encrypted using an encryption key of my own so I don't have to worry about accidental disclosure. But I do need to prove they have not been altered since they were created.

Hi Scott L.20, you can put the files in a folder -if they're not in one already- and then share the folder from account A to account B.
