Bring back the option to automatically download files to Desktop

Hi tko1908, since the recent change to the Mac OS verison of the desktop app, files will now automatically appear as online-only and will need to be marked as available offline to download fully to your machine.
If you have folders, you could mark the folder as offline, and files within it would download.
