401 error when printing
Hello,
In the last couple of months when I'm trying printing from the browser I'm getting the 401 error. Tried incognito mode, cleared cache but the problem still persists.
Thank you.

Hi stathis125, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please try another browser or an incognito window with no plugins or extensions running and let me know if you still get the same error?
If so, I'd appreciate a screenshot too.
Thank!

Hello,
Clean install with new browser,- Walter2 years agoDropbox Staff
Can you walk us through the exact steps you take that result in this error as well, Stathis?
Also, is this for your own files or shared ones?

Download & install Opera Beta
Log into Dropbox and open a file that is not shared
Click on the print button of the browser and new tab opens with the error. The same behavior is also on Microsoft Edge.

Do you have any extensions or built in features in the browser that could block cookies or scripts?

Nope printing was functioning as usual and stopped working without any changes in my browser
