Hi,
is there any possibility of compressing files and then downloading using some header or something like that through apis https://www.dropbox.com/developers/documentation/http/documentation#files-download, https://www.dropbox.com/developers/documentation/http/documentation#files-export?

No, the Dropbox API doesn't offer compression on file downloads/exports like this, but I'll pass this along as a feature request. I can't promise if or when that might be implemented though.
