Dropbox StaffDropbox does offer an API you can use for listing, uploading, and downloading files, among other operations. You can find everything you need to get started with the Dropbox API, including documentation, tutorials, and SDKs here:

For example, for uploading files, you can use the /2/files/upload endpoint:
https://www.dropbox.com/developers/documentation/http/documentation#files-upload
You can use the Dropbox API from any platform that can make HTTPS calls, not just PHP. This sort of integration would require some amount of programming though.
If you do want to use PHP, note that we don't have an SDK for PHP in particular, but you can call the HTTPS endpoints directly, as noted above, or use a third party library.
