How to get Modifier of File/Folder V2 Api .net

How do you get the modifier of a file/folder using the V2 Api. Before the MetaData object had an attribute of "User modifier" but in the V2 Api I cannot seem to find this information. Is there a ...

How come there is no ModifiedBy field for folders?
