Hey Rich, thanks for your response! I found those links before posting, but they didn't address whether or not the user had to be signed in. Stupidly, I didn't test with a file request from my own account until just now. Turns out it works! Thank you 🙂
Follow up question, do you know if it's possible to allow non-Dropbox users to leave timestamped comments on video files. It appears that they have to be signed in to leave comments.
