files/save_url fails every for apps with Permission type: Team member file access

Calling files/save_url with an app with "Permission type: Team member file access" adds the requirment of "Dropbox-API-Select-User" as a header. Even with the propper header pass it instantly fails ...

Thanks for the report. This is a known issue, but I don't have a timeline for a fix unfortunately. Please do use a full Dropbox app as a workaround for now. Apologies for the trouble.

    Apologies for the long delay! Team member file access apps can now use the /save_url endpoint.
