Dropbox search may not be working as expected
Hello we know that on 2022-10-18 dropbox had problems with the search function.
The solution to the problem was released on 2022-10-20. However, we still have problems with the search function.
We use the dropbox-core-sdk java api version 5.1.1 do we need to perform a version upgrade?
thanks
Ciro

You shouldn't need to upgrade your SDK because of that search disruption. If you're still seeing search issues, feel free to open an API ticket with details for help.

Thanks for the reply.
I updated the version from 5.1.1 to 5.4.4 (latest available on the maven repository) but the problem persists.
As suggested I have opened an API ticket- amcofficeExperienced | Level 11
I will open a ticket as well since that may be the only to get attention.

We are STILL waiting for a solution.
We use TAGS extensively on dropbox to search for content we have tagged and this is not working.
When can we expect a reply - We are paying for dozens of licenses and not having basic search and indexing working is non-negotiable.
Please advice.

BPCABA There was a recent search disruption, but it should be working again now. Please try again and contact support if you're still seeing any issues.
