It sounds like you're referring to using API v1's /media. This wasn't intended for embedding images on web pages, and API v2's /files/get_temporary_link equivalent likewise isn't meant for that either.
I'm afraid I don't have a good solution to offer, but I'll be sure to pass this along as a feature request.

sorry its not a solution at all. i mark it solution by mistake. i was not referring media api from V1 i was referring api url as image path with access token.
