Which Dropbox icon do I need to click on to access my account settings on Windows?
I wish to change some settings. When I click on either the dropbox icon (either right click or left click, I expect to see some dialog box where I can changes settings. Instead I see Windows explorer showing the cache directory of the applications. How can I get to the dropbox settings dialog box if I cannot access it this way.

Sucede cuando deseo compartir información de una carpeta en cuestión, no me daje, puesto que pide verificar la dirección de correo electrónico, este mail llega sin problemas, pero cuando lo abro y apreto "verify your email" se direccióna a dropbox y no genera ninguna verificación, lo cual imposibilita el poder compartir enlases o carpetas. Si alguien tiene alguna solución, sería de gran utilidad. saludos
My account has been hacked and I need help
My account was hacked this morning. I received an email stating that my email was changed. All of the files are gone and I am no longer dropbox plus - downgraded to basic. Please please please DROPBOX help me - I use dropbox for my business and all of my business files are now deleted off of my account and off of my computer because my computer was linked to dropbox through the desktop app. Please help me. I need to get this fixed ASAP. Dropbox is completely unreachable and unresponsive.

I registered to Dropbox with my AppleID and now, I can't delete my Dropbox account.
Hello, I am trying to delete my Dropbox account that was initially registered using my AppleID. When I try to delete my account on the iPhone app, it gives me an error saying "something went wrong, an unknown error occurred". This makes it impossible to delete on iPhone app. I have tried doing the same thing by logging in to my account on different browsers on my computer, and it gives me an error when i submit my account deletion request with the following error: I need help deleting my account please. Hello! The organization I work for had a DropBox subscription under my email. Since I am leaving soon, I switched over the account to someone else. I logged in today and don't see any of our files and no sign of us having the DropBox Plus Subscription. Do you know what happened? Can I fix this??I can't open my desktop app settings, so that I can move my Dropbox folder to an external drive.
This has been happening since my last computer... What I would like to do is sync my dropbox to save to my external drive; however, I cannot access the dropbox app to go to sync settings and trying to simply move it doesn't work. Settings for this are not avaiable online and im worried that if i uninstall the app I'll lose all my saved folders that I've pinned on my computer (which i guess I can just re add) I've tried looking at my antivirus software as well, but that didn't help as dropbox doesn't seem to be blocked. this would free up a ton of storage, so please help!
