Is the Rakuten Kobo app no longer available in the App Center?
I have previously been able to add the Rakuten Kobo app to a Dropbox account. I have recently created a new account for a different email address. When I try to connect to the Kobo app in the App Center, I receive the message 'we couldn't find the app'. Is the Kobo app no longer available? I can still access it from my other Dropbox account. Any help would be appreciated.
Microsoft Teams integration loses login connection every other day
The new Microsoft Teams integration is great; we can now open shared links directly on the Desktop via the native app, which is a great time saver. Only bug for the integration is that users have to login to Dropbox via Teams every other day. It loses the login authorization and the 'open file in app' function is then not available anymore. Users need to login everyday in to Dropbox via Teams to make it work again.Open shared links directly in native app
A few years have passed since this request and as a business this would save us allot of time and irritation. As a company we share daily hundreds of links to files via Microsoft Teams with each other. Now the situation is as follow: 1 link is shared 2 team member clicks on the link 3 browser opens the link to the file 4 user clicks on 'open in dropbox' button Ideal situation would be that admins and users have a File open preference, where links to files can directly open in the native apps: 1 link is shared 2 team member clicks on it and the file is synced and opened in the native app Microsoft Teams has a great solution to this problem for Office-applications, called File open preference, see screenshot. It would be great if Dropbox could also build this feature in it's Dropbox-apps.
pCloud is still linked to my Dropbox account, even though I've already disconnected them.
I once started syncing my Dropbox to pCloud. But then unable to disable this syncing even after disabling this sync function. The Dropbox keeps on this one-directional sync towards the pCloud, even after uninstalling & reinstalling the whole app. How can I disable this sync?:( This is my Dropbox setting screen capture (as you can see, there's no pCloud linked with it) Here's my pCloud setting screen capture (as you can see....there's no Dropbox linked with it.)
Apps in my iPhone say my Dropbox is empty when I try to attach files
Hello! Whenever I try to attach a file saved in Dropbox from an app (for instance, WhatsApp message, or Mail app) in my iPhone (iOS 18.1), the app says my Dropbox is empty, although it is fully synced in my phone. Interestingly, from the Messages app I'm able to attach a file and if I open the Dropbox app and select to export a file to WhatsApp or Mail, it works. I've tried disabling and enabling Dropbox from the Browse option, clearing history and website data and restarting the phone, and nothing worked. Any suggestions? Small and large companies use MDM's, like Microsoft Intune, to manage their devices. As Dropbox has a focus on companies, it's one of the only apps that 1: doesn't offer an app to install via MDM for Mac and Windows, 2: doesn't support script for auto account login via MDM. Dropbox does support EMM, but that doesn't to the trick for most companies. Hi! I'm a MacOs user As the topic says, the APP dropbox not working anymore when I travelling to China even with a working VPN, can anyone help me with this? The VPN working for google, YouTube and Gmail and everything that are restricted in China, but the dropbox app are just not working!!! I tryied to restarting the laptop and download newer version of dropbox but it still not working, I can't delete the dropbox because I got 700G that are super important for my work and I need it through the app not the web because many of my other app are connected to Dropbox app, so if I delete dropbox it will crush with the previous files from those app and my project folder will be broken!! WELL it's already crush for some app because can't access to the dropbox folder. I know it's a internet issue but can anyone help me to fix it plzzzz??? Hi! I've used Dropbox Sign for quit a while. I draw up WORD documents. And signed them via Dropbox, through a browser window. WORD document got transformed into PDF for signing. The PDF were saved (in-process or completed or signed) in the same source folder. Now, I use WORD 16.9 with the HELLOSIGN add-on. Signing is easy and fast. However, the signed PDF documents don't get saved into the same source folder. I have to go and fetch them in a browser window or in emails. That's a waste of time for me. How can I set parameters so that all signed documents get saved into the same location, next to the original WORD documents? Thank you, Freddy

I'm surprised there's not more recent talk of this ... have I missed it? First, I don't appear to have access to Dropbox Third-Party AI. Is there a way I can get this? Second, what is happening with Dropbox's ability to pair up with a LLM to get the ability to chat deeply with a catalog of files?
