I've lost my Dropbox Paper documents, how can I get them back?
Hello. A few weeks ago I noticed that I lost all my Dropbox Paper documents. I have been using this application for years and I really like it. The documents contain important information for my work and it is a big problem for me. After a few days, some of the documents started to appear again, but it is only a small part. I can't find an official statement from Dropbox anywhere. I tried the usual procedures and those I found on the forums, but nothing helped. A small part of the documents came back, but the vast majority of them are gone. Can anyone please advise me or direct me? This is an unpaid service, I have not noticed any changes to the rules that could explain anything. Thank you
Restore button not working from the mass deletion email alert
When there is a mass deletion on DB (number of files or size of files), we get an email alert. The email gives you a summary of files & sizes the deleted and by whom at what time. When you click on link, it takes you to the Security page > Mass Deletion, listing all files deleted, but if you click the "Restore" button, it does not restore your file, it just takes you to the Activity page. I checked folders and no files were restored. You can do to the "Deleted Files" under the Home page and find them there, but the button on the page the email sends you to does NOT work.
I have a paid plan, but I had to sign up to login, now my account is empty, why?
Subscription or login issue- I have a paid subscription for dropbox. But out of the blue when I tried to login with the same email address as always, it prompted me to sign up. I have been a paying member for several years, but I went ahead and finished the prompts and signed up. Now, when I login, my dropbox has zero folders on it. They are all gone. I am still paying for the membership with no access to my files. Please help.
All Dropbox Paper docs disappeared
I need immediate help! All of my Dropbox Paper documents are completely gone — missing without any trace!This is an urgent situation that is severely impacting my work. I have checked multiple devices — everything is gone. I rely heavily on these documents for critical work. Please escalate this issue to your highest support level and respond ASAP. I need to know: What happened to my Paper docs? How can I recover them immediately? What steps are being taken to prevent this from happening again? This is critical and time-sensitive. All data on my account is gone, why?
I always had dropbox as a backup for pictures which i dont use regularly. I came back wanting to download my Vecation Pictures but my whole account is empty. I cant seem to find where to write the support directly so i am here. I am really mad i checked everything including my e-mail who told me its a new acc dispite having activity back in 2023. There are no mails in between. Please dont let it be gone.Cannot download older versions of files from the site, error 400
My phone corrupted one of my Excel files, so I want to download an older version on my PC to replace the corrupt file, but I get an error 400 when I try to access the list of versions. Does this mean is so corrupt that I can't open an older version?
