Access Blocked: Dropbox's request does not comply with Google policies.
Hi I am trying to open an Excel workbook via Dropbox on my S24 Ultra so that it will save directly to it. I go through the log in process for Dropbox in Excel and I'm getting a message saying "Access blocked: Dropbox's request does not comply with Google's policies". I've tried add Dropbox directly in the app and I get the same message. Please help!
Desktop app on Windows doesn't display correctly. The pop up window looks duplicated.
In the app window when I try to select an icon at the top another duplicate but smaller window appears. The same issue occurs in other places (see 2nd screenshot). I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the app but the same problem occurs. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Co-authoring does not begin when opening files from File Explorer (Windows 11)
Hi, I have just upgraded from a personal dropbox account to business standard (a team of 3 members), and also subscribed to M365 apps for business. After following the steps on 'Getting started with Microsoft co-authoring for Dropbox" https://learn.dropbox.com/self-guided-learning/microsoft-co-authoring-for-dropbox-course/microsoft-co-authoring-for-dropbox-guide I am able to open files in the Team Folder within Excel / Word with co-authoring enabled (auto-save on). However, when I open the same files directly from File Explorer (Windows 11), the file will be opened the same way like when I was using a personal account (not co-authoring, auto-save off by default, still seeing dropbox badge). My team member followed the same step and did not experienced any issue. Please help :(((
I can't open my Excel files online. The website keeps loading and freezes.
Hi, I can't open my Excel files any more. Normaly I open them with the Excel for the Web option and work in them. Now it keeps on loading (right under in the screencorner) but it freezes/doesn't open. Has anybody an idea how to solve this?
I can't open my Dropbox files; there's the OneDrive box icon next to them.
What do I do about the One drive sync issue that causes the file box to appear on all of your dropbox files? This happened like suddenly a couple of weeks ago. I can't open the files at al now, and they are so much of my work, like all. In the end I DON'T want drop box saving my files to my physical computer it has eaten all my space, but for now I can't even open them!!!I see a small file box next to my Microsoft files and I can no longer open them.
Just recently, most (but not all) of my documents and spreadsheets have small file box icon in front of the Word doc logo and will not let me open them. This has only occurred with document in my dropbox, not on my internal computer documents. For background, I have had dropbox for many years and have never seen this before. I have plenty of storage space left because I thought that might be it, but apparently not. Does anyone know what this is? And, how to open these files? I have dropbox personal and business accounts I have microsoft 365 family edition For some reason, everytime I try to open a file from dropbox into excel, word or powerpoint, it sends on and endless loop asking for authorisation, getting the authorisation and going back to screen asking for authorisation. I'm having trouble getting Microsoft Office Online to load properly. When I open a *.docx document as the preview and choose "Open with Word for Web" my browser opens a new tab and the loads the same *.docx file in the preview mode. If I go to the same dropdown and click "Open with Word for Web", it opens yet another tab that also ends up being the same preview folder. The Word for Web loads properly if I use the DropBox browser interface to create a new document. However when I close it, I am back to the original situation where if I try to open it with Word for Web it only loads a new tab in the preview view. Can somebody help me get this working again? This situation started suddenly and is new to me.
