No access to email to receive the security code
Hello i have my dropbox and know wat files i have upload i have my password and my account but i dont have acceses to my mail because the server of the mail was desactivated and my macbook and my iphone are new so how can i sign in without the security code or changing my mail without accesses to my old mail
I can't access any of my 3 email addresses to get the one-time code.
I made this over 10 years ago. I have been trying to get access to 3 of my email addresses, gmail, but its a lost cause. I am trying to recover all the music me and my friend made, he passed away in 2022. I cant get this code. I have a different phone, computer, email address, everything. Please help me get in. Honestly i think i have like 3 accounts on here lol.
My wife can't access her email to get the Dropbox code. We can't reach support either.
My wife has lost access to the email she set up her dropbox account with. Since accessing her account 2FA was introduced. Guess what? Upon trying to sign in she can't get access to the code in order to get to the account and change her email. AND DROPBOX SUPPORT IS BEYOND BAD---THERE LITERALLY IS NOW WAY TO CONTACT ANYONE FOR SUPPORT, AND ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE TO "SIGN INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND CHANGE THE PRIMARY EMAIL" (THANKS). So I am trying to figure this out. Is there a solution here? Is there even a way to cancel the account without actually reporting this as a fraud to the credit card company? Any help welcome

Hi..I have an issue in my dropbox account..when i open my old dropbox account then a message appear's that dropbox sent a code to this id [removed per Community Guidelines]..my question is that how to find that code which i can put in my dropbox account?? Because i made only dropbox account not in gmail..i have store important data in this id..
No code is sent to my email address, so I can't access my Dropbox account.
I have a dropbox account that I created to send videos and photos i have taken in concerts and trips, that I never ever ever want to lose. I was trying to log in to that account, but it says I need to get the access code that was sent to my email. I have not gotten the code. I tried clicking on the 'having issues getting access code' and it also did not help. I added no-reply@dropbox.comas a contact on my email account, and still nothing. I cannot receive 6 digit code to my inbox; I am sure I typed my email correctly I checked my spam folder I added no-reply@dropbox.com as safe contact I contacted support@dropbox.com- recieved a reply: "Replies to this email are routed to an unmonitored inbox and will not be answered by our support team." My spouse tried with his email and it worked I want him to try with mine to ensure I'm not missing a step. I am desperately looking a solution to access my acount.
