( that makes sense - let's delete an active paying customers account ?!?!? ) So now when i try to call support it says to log in and request a call back. However when i log in , it prompts me to set up a new Free account - WHICH DOESN'T PROVIDE THE CALL BACK FEATURE !?!?!?!...... Hi my credit card has been charged AUD$184 via PayPal. However I have not signed up to a yearly subscription and there is no register of this on my account nor has there been an invoice sent. I did not authorize this charge. Please help. I attempted to cancel a free trail last night only to discover in the morning that the trail was NOT canceled and the payment went through. I am currently going through a particularly difficult time and quite literally do not have the money for this. I received the below automated message today so logged in to cancel my account. However, my account info tells me that I'm a Basic user and not a Plus user. Therefore there is no way for me to -cancel the Plus subsciption. Hello, I got two unknown deductions by USD on November 1 and 4 from my European bank account, and those were made by Dropbox! I had never used any Dropbox service and even didn't have my account. (Now, I just created my account only for requesting the solution, as it doesn't have any customer service email or phone number.) My bank requested recovering those payments, but today on November 13, I got another alert of Dropbox fraud! As I will never want to use Dropbox, please give me the comprehensive solution to STOP the deduction from Dropbox in the future! I made a dropbox Sign account early last year in 2023/07/06, because I want to transfer some documents to others. I think there was a free version, or a free trial that I may have signed up for. But I just know I subscribed the accountin 2024/07/06 because there was a 120dollar charge at that day. I am being charged monthly for Dropbox account that I do not have, and I cannot for the life of me get an actual person to help with this on the Dropbox side.
