I was trying to log in yesterday through mobile app but I was directed to sign up. I tried reseting my password instead. After successfully resetting my password, it turned out to be a new account with welcome message and product tour. All my information details, profile photo are gone and plans was back into 2gb storage and all my stored files was gone. Empty account! Hi, we would like to upgrade from Plus to Business. The current Plus subscription has managed by the Apple App Store. We already cancelled the subscription there and it is already expired (as of 2024-11-19). However, it is still not possible to upgrade to business because it still claims that the subscription is managed by Apple App Store. Does anyone have an idea what else we can do to upgrade the account to Business without the use of the apple app store but directly from the Dropbox page? I tried to redeem one of the license keys that I bought in the past. To my surprise, I got the error message, "That license key has been invalidated. If you’re having trouble, please contact support". I paste a screenshot below I have renewed my subscription in this way for the past few years and it was always successful until this time. The license keys (I have two) that I tried today was shipped and sold by Amazon.com (not any third party vendor) in 2018. Does Dropbox offer a lifelong/lifetime storage? Other services do, but dropbox seems easier to use on a variety of Apple equipment. That said, I like the idea of a one-time payment, even if an expensive one. I'll check in again in a couple of months. Please help!!! I was on basic plan. But one of my clients shared a folder and I started a trial because the folder was too big for basic. However, when I go to subscription and billing page, I only see a message that my trial will expire on December 4. But there's no option or cancelation button. How do I cancel it or make sure I don't get charged? When I try to delete account, it says to cancel my subscription first.
